  6th Humana Squash Championship 2004

Dates: Wednesday, 12/1/2004 to Saturday, 12/5/2004
Divisions: Softball Singles Divisions A, B, C, D (5,4,3,2). Play matches where feasible. Finals held at Humana Fitness Center Squash Court 2.
Skill Levels: Committee may decide to handicap the matches based on entries. Back draw guarantees at least two matches.
Location: Finals - Humana Fitness Center, 500 West Main St.
Entry Fee: $25, $10 extra for non-KSRA Members
Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by 12:00 Noon, Friday, 11/26. $5 Late fee.
